Laura Schoenbeck, Director of Catering

Laura is a seasoned event professional with 10 years of experience in the nation's capital. She has spent the last 4 years at the largest off-premise caterer in the country, Occasions Caterers, executing V.I.P. events for exclusive clients at the most prestigious venues in the country.  She is passionate about elevating the meal experience from beginning to end and will bring her years of experience, expertise and passion to your next event. Laura and our team of celebrated chefs, sommeliers and our in-house wine director will guide you through customized menus, wine and food pairings, budgeting options and logistical planning, while maintaining a comprehensive focus on the creation of a well-orchestrated experience with unforgettable cuisine.
